Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Safely.surf (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Service.

Your 12-word seed phrase is the only key to your account. We store only a one-way hash of it and cannot recover, reset, or restore it if you lose it. You are solely responsible for keeping it secret and safe. Anyone with your seed phrase controls your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Conduct activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or harms others;
• Launch attacks, including hacking, port scanning, DDoS, or intrusion attempts;
• Send spam, phishing, or malware, or operate command-and-control infrastructure;
• Infringe intellectual property or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors (zero tolerance);
• Resell or abuse the Service in a way that degrades the network for others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Plans are prepaid for a fixed term (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. Access activates once a payment is confirmed on-chain or by the payment provider. Prices may change for future purchases; your current term is unaffected.

The Service is a digital, immediately-provisioned product. Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to their irreversible nature. If a technical fault prevents you from using the Service, contact info@safely.surf and we will work in good faith to resolve it, which may include service credit.

We strive for high availability but provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Specific servers may be added, removed, or taken down for maintenance, and routes may change as we adapt to network conditions and censorship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Safely.surf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Safely.surf is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
